High Vacuum Technology
General Introduction
High Vacuum Technology is used in many market segments, but especially also in the Research and manufacturing of smart optics, reactive coatings, space, and nano technology.
Our goal is to provide the best possible, – as well as the safest equipment for vacuum applications used in research and development of fusion technology. Specially the handling of Hydrogen isotopes, which is our field of action. Here we tuned existing technology, added new features, or developed entirely new tools for the tasks at hand.
All to provide our customers with exactly what the need.
We are also capable to manufacture series of bespoke parts in timely manner.
High Vacuum Components
Valves & Actuators
Our face sealed High Vacuum Valves are especially manufactured to fit the market standards, thus assuring a wide range of compatibility.
The dual safety is a key feature, especially if using pressured Tritium gas. For the extremely unlikely but never impossible event (valves are built and tested to withstand 1 Mio. cycles), that a metal valve bellow would start to leak, the valve is still functional and keeps the gas contained to a great extent, providing plenty of time to set the system in a safe status, to evacuate the lines or to flush them with inert gas.
All main parts are CNC machined from solid metal.

The pneumatic actuators are surveilled by sensor in the open and closed position, to always indicate the exact position. This again provides an enhanced failure safety and redundancy.
The actuators in their very compact built can be plugged to the valve without the need of removing it. They again are tested to withstand one million cycles.
